Acceptable Location, Dated Facilities
slow service overpriced drinks
The hotel has a nice location.
The buggy service was slow. I sometimes waited over 25 minutes. It was annoying to see many buggies parked at reception with staff while customers waited. The restaurants were fully booked, requiring advance planning. Drinks were overpriced. A bottle of Cloudy Bay cost $400.

friendly people, not luxury hardware
friendly staff efficient service
the staff were really friendly and helpful. cleaning twice a day kept the villa super clean. buggy service was always quick and efficient. the staff always smiled, a nice touch.
the villa itself looks old. the ac was loud. the shower pressure was inconsistent. the breakfast buffet was not excellent. the coffee was awful.

the resort has jungle around it. the location offer great privacy with sea views. it offers an atmosphere of peace, something I appreciated. views and grounds are beautiful.

my villa had great sea views. housekeeping kept it clean. a swan decoration was prepared. the villa includes a jacuzzi. the villa was spacious with privacy.

every staff member gave amazing customer service. they always greeted me with smiles. adel addressed all my requests. buggy drivers gave good service. their team is professional.

saffron restaurant is worth to go. buffet breakfast is awesome with a great selection. they responded to every question pretty quick. the massage was fantastic. a rainy day program is available.

fine view smooth process friendly staff rundown gym poor quality expensive restaurant
i was upgrade to the oceanview villa. the views of the sea was fine. the check-in process was smooth, i thanks kasir for that. he was friendly.
it is pretty rundown. the restaurants are not good quality for a 5 star hotel.
